Welcome to my new Astronomy/Astrophotography Blog

Welcome to my new blog 'UnderSouthWestSkies'.

I am PlymouthAstroBoy, also known as PlymouthWelshBoy and this isn't my first blog!

I have been writing a successful dinghy cruising blog for 15 years at www.arwensmeanderings.blogspot.co.uk  and producing a Youtube channel all about my voyages in my cruising dinghy  'Arwen' which can be found at www.YouTube.com/plymouthwelshboy

I also jointly write a newer blog about being a newbie to motorhoming, in our Autosleeper Broadway EB motorhome 'Bryony', at www.wherenexthun.blogspot.co.uk

Over the next month, pages will begin to appear on this new Astronomy/Astrophotography blog which chart my learning progress in these fields over the last two years. I will be aiming it initially at beginners, people new to both fields, who like me, may find it all slightly overwhelming. Exciting and fascinating but yep, maybe just a little overwhelming.  But more about this on my first post in two weeks time.

For now, why not bookmark this page or click subscribe and come join me on this absorbing learning journey. I look forward to learning with you and sharing our progress, tips and insights through comments.

For now, clear skies wherever you may be and lets meet up again in a couple of weeks time
