First time at this blog? Visit https://undersouthwestskies.blogspot.com/2025/01/welcome-to-my-new-astronomyastrophotogr.html
Whenever I do a stargazing astronomy or astrophotography session, I always try to capture the essence of the night with a time lapse done on my GoPro Hero 9. If nothing else, they show how much time I am wasting trying to set up and/or getting polar aligned!
One of my aims, once I have got my basic night time set up routines refined, is to try and do some simple videos about how I set up and do my shooting/visual observing. Their aim wont be 'instructional'; rather more about "hey look at how chaotic I am so don't worry if you feel the same way, it will get better!"
